Day Camp Withdrawal Policy
Action Arts Camp does not issue refunds for Summer Camp unless it has been cancelled by us. Registrants assume full responsibility for any changes in their personal life which may affect their ability to participate. Credit towards a future week will be given if that date is available. Much time and effort goes into planning our summer and break day camps. Having an accurate headcount for our programs is crucial for effective planning. Space is limited so your registration holds a space.
For those who wish to withdraw from Action Arts Camp for the summer camp written cancellation prior to May 15, will be provided a full refund for the fee paid, less a 5% administrative fee to cover the credit card % charged to us. After May 15th we will give a credit for a future date of camp or classes dates subject to availability. For break camps cancellation refund less 5% will be credited if cancellation is received in writing 30 days prior.
Any credit for withdrawal from day camp that is not received in time will be placed in the household account and may be used by anyone in the family towards future camps or Art School Classes.
